Account info: Your email and name when you sign up. That's it for personal data.

Your uploads: The screenshots/images you upload for rendering. We need these to, you know, render them.

Usage data: Basic stuff like when you logged in, how many renders you did. Helps us improve the product.

Payment info: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Render your images: Obviously. That's the whole point.

Improve the service: We look at aggregate usage patterns (not your actual designs) to make things better.

Send you important emails: Password resets, payment confirmations, major updates. No spam, we promise.

We DON'T: Sell your data. Ever. To anyone. Period.

We don't train on your work. Your architectural designs are yours. We don't use your uploads to train our AI models.

We don't share your designs. Your renders are private. We won't showcase them without explicit permission.

We don't peek. Our team doesn't browse through user uploads. Automated processing only.

Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AWS).

Secure infrastructure: We use AWS (Amazon Web Services) in EU-Central (Frankfurt). Enterprise-grade security.

Access control: Only essential team members have access to infrastructure, and everything is logged.

Want out? Email us at support@eazyrender.com and we'll delete everything within 30 days.

Your renders: You can delete individual renders from your dashboard anytime.

Account deletion: Removes all your data, uploads, and render history permanently.
