Privacy Policy

Data controller: The EazyRender service is operated from Turkey. For privacy requests or the operator's current legal/contact details, email info@eazyrender.com.

Account and identity data: Email address, name, profile image, language, Cognito account identifiers, and identity-provider details supplied when you use Google, Apple, or email sign-in.

Content and activity: Source images and 3D-view captures, generated renders and edits, job history, selected settings, gallery publications, reviews, referrals, rewards, support tickets, and discovery/onboarding answers.

Device and security data: IP address, device/browser identifiers, timestamps, authentication and security logs, Turnstile results, and an APNs push token if you enable iOS notifications.

Purchase data: Credit-pack choice, amount, currency, payment status, and Stripe or Apple transaction identifiers. Stripe and Apple process payment credentials; EazyRender does not receive your full card number or Apple payment credentials.

Provide the service: Authenticate you, process uploads, create/edit/upscale renders, maintain your wallet and history, fulfill purchases, publish content you explicitly submit to the gallery, and answer support requests.

Operate safely: Prevent duplicate promotional claims, fraud, account abuse, payment errors, and technical failures. This can include IP/device-based checks and transaction verification.

Communicate: Send authentication, purchase, support, reward, and render-status messages. Push notifications are optional and can be disabled in iOS settings.

Improve EazyRender: Analyze product usage and reliability, generally in aggregate. EazyRender does not use your uploads to train an EazyRender-owned AI model.

Legal grounds: Depending on the data and applicable law, processing is necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in security and service improvement, or act on your consent.

Service providers: We use Amazon Web Services and Cognito for infrastructure/authentication, MongoDB for application data, fal.ai for image generation and upscaling, OpenRouter for classification/translation/content checks, Stripe for web payments, Apple for iOS sign-in/purchases/push, Google for sign-in, Resend for email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention.

Limited sharing: Providers receive only the data needed for their function and process it under their own agreements and privacy terms. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

Where processing happens: Core AWS infrastructure is in Frankfurt (AWS region eu-central-1), but our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use available contractual or legal transfer safeguards.

No data sales: We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Private by default, not public-gallery by default: We do not publish a job to the EazyRender gallery unless you explicitly choose to share it. Shared gallery content and review text may be publicly visible.

Asset-link warning: Uploads and results are stored on AWS S3 under hard-to-guess object URLs. They are not password-protected at the object URL; anyone who receives the exact link may be able to retrieve the asset. Do not share a private asset link.

Security: Connections use HTTPS, and we apply access controls, authentication, logging, and operational safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Human access: Authorized personnel may access data when necessary for support, safety, legal compliance, or incident investigation. We do not casually browse user work.

Retention: We keep account, job, wallet, and purchase records while needed to operate EazyRender and meet security, dispute, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Promotional anti-abuse records may be retained to prevent repeat claims.

Account deletion: Request deletion in the iOS app or email info@eazyrender.com. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days and send confirmation. Content you published to the gallery is removed as part of account deletion. Limited transaction, security, or legal records may be retained where required or justified.

Your rights: Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Turkish users may also exercise their rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Verification: We may ask for reasonable proof that the requester controls the account before acting on a request.

Age: EazyRender is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child provided data without appropriate permission, contact us.

Changes: We may update this policy as the product or law changes. The date above shows the current version; material changes may also be announced in the app or by email.
