Terms of Service

EazyRender is an AI-powered architectural visualization service. It creates images from source images and captured 3D model views and offers editing and upscaling tools.

Agreement: By creating an account, buying credits, or using EazyRender, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Age: You must be at least 16, or have a parent/guardian lawfully create and supervise the account where permitted.

Account responsibility: Keep your sign-in method secure and provide accurate information. Do not share an account or create multiple accounts to evade free-preview limits, manipulate referrals or gallery milestones, or abuse other promotions.

Credit use: One credit currently pays for one render, one natural-language edit, or one 4x upscale. A failed job should not permanently consume a credit when the automated refund path completes; contact support if the wallet does not recover.

One-time purchases: EazyRender does not currently sell subscriptions. Paid credits do not expire. Web packs are purchased through Stripe; iOS consumables are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and may use different pack sizes and localized prices.

Refunds: Used credits are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. For unused web credits, contact info@eazyrender.com within 30 days of purchase. Apple handles iOS refund requests under App Store policies; EazyRender cannot bypass Apple's payment or refund process.

Promotional credits: Starter, referral, review, gallery, coupon, and other promotional credits may have eligibility rules, limits, expiry, or revocation conditions. We may pause a promotion or reverse credits obtained through abuse.

Price changes: Future purchases use the price shown at checkout. A price change does not reduce credits already added to your wallet.

Your source content: You keep your rights in what you upload. You give EazyRender and its processors a limited license to host, copy, transmit, process, and modify that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Your responsibility: You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process the content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, private, or confidential material that you are not authorized to use.

Generated results: As between you and EazyRender, EazyRender does not claim ownership of your generated results. AI-output ownership or copyright protection can vary by country and circumstance; you are responsible for checking rights required for your intended use.

Gallery and reviews: If you explicitly publish a render or submit a public review, you grant EazyRender a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, resize, translate, and promote that submitted content in connection with EazyRender. You can ask us to unpublish it.

Do not: Break the law; infringe rights; upload abusive or harmful content; probe or bypass security; scrape or overload the service; automate access without written permission; manipulate purchases; resell access; or reverse-engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited.

No promotional abuse: Device, IP, identity, referral, review, and transaction checks may be used to enforce promotional rules.

Enforcement: We may reject content, reverse improperly obtained credits, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for security, payment integrity, legal compliance, or a terms violation. We will provide notice where practical and lawful.

Probabilistic output: AI results can contain mistakes, alter details, or differ from expectations. Preservation is a product goal, not a guarantee. Review every result before relying on it for construction, engineering, safety, legal, or client decisions.

Not professional advice: EazyRender is a visualization tool, not architectural, engineering, regulatory, or safety advice. Generated images are not construction documents.

Availability: We work to keep EazyRender reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, fixed processing times, or permanent availability of a model or feature. Providers, queues, maintenance, and outages can affect jobs.

Changes: We may change features, models, credit costs, prices, or these terms. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.

Consumer rights: Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazyRender is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by reliance on an AI result. Where a monetary cap is permitted, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid EazyRender in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes are subject to competent Turkish courts and consumer authorities, without limiting mandatory rights you have under applicable local law.
