Terms of Service

EazyRender is an AI-powered architectural visualization service. You upload screenshots of your 3D models, we turn them into beautiful renders.

By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's cool, but you can't use the service.

You need to be 16+ to use EazyRender. If you're younger, get a parent or guardian to set up an account.

One account per person. Don't share your login or create multiple accounts to abuse free tokens.

Token-based system: You buy tokens, tokens are spent on renders. Simple.

No subscriptions (for now): Pay as you go. Buy more when you need more.

Non-refundable: Purchased tokens are non-refundable once used. Unused tokens? Email us, we'll figure it out.

Prices may change: We'll give you notice before any price changes. Already-purchased tokens keep their value.

Payment processing: Handled by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Your designs stay yours. You retain full ownership of everything you upload and everything we generate for you.

You grant us a license to: Process your uploads, store them temporarily, and generate renders. That's it. We won't use your work for anything else.

You're responsible for: Making sure you have the rights to upload what you upload. Don't upload stolen designs or copyrighted material you don't own.

AI-generated content: The renders we create are yours to use commercially, personally, however you want. We don't claim ownership.

Don't break the law: No illegal content, no copyright infringement, no shady stuff.

Don't abuse the service: No automated scraping, no trying to reverse-engineer our AI, no overloading our servers.

Don't be a jerk: No harassment, no hate speech, no harmful content.

Don't resell raw: You can use renders commercially, but don't set up a competing service using our API.

We reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll try to warn you first, but serious violations = immediate termination.

We try our best, but: AI isn't perfect. Sometimes renders might not match your expectations. That's why we let you regenerate.

Uptime: We aim for high availability, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance happens, clouds have bad days.

Changes: We might update features, pricing, or terms. Major changes get announced via email.

Beta features: Some features might be experimental. They might break. They might disappear. That's the nature of building cool stuff.

Got a problem? Email us first: support@eazyrender.com. We'll try to sort it out like reasonable humans.

Legal stuff: These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes that can't be resolved nicely go to Turkish courts.

Limitation of liability: We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or anything beyond what you paid us. Standard stuff.
